An annual HVAC service contract is a smart investment that can save you money over the life of your heating and cooling system. Regular maintenance helps identify small issues before they turn into costly repairs, while keeping your equipment running safely and efficiently.

Service Contract Rates:
Regular equipment is $188.50 for the first unit and half price for each additional unit. (Example: if there are multiple units. 2 units would be counted as 1.5 and billed as such).
Geo thermal equipment is $245.00 for the first unit, if more that one, same as above applies. If they have a Geo and a Regular unit, give them half of the regular residential rate for the second unit.
Commercial Equipment is $255.00 same as above for additional units.
Good for 2 cleanings per year one in the spring (April & May) and one in the fall (Sept & Oct).
Worry free for the homeowner as we will call and set up a day and time that works for them when we get ready to start doing the respective cleaning.
You also get a 15% discount off of goods and services that may be needed through-out the year such as filters, cleaners, parts and labor.
Contract automatically renews each year, after the 2nd cleaning unless you call to cancel the contract.
Payment is for the ensuing year and is due upon receipt.
